so after getting the craziness of Christmas out the way and finding time for us we had a great day filming in the salon. we are always guilty of not spending enough time on ourselves, it might be hair was day, facial, a little walk or sat with a good book what ever it may be we just don't set that time correctly its always rushed or half heartedly done. Even we as therapists need to practice what we preach and take the time out too. If anything about 2020 has taught us is that we all need some more me time!
